Returns & Exchanges Policy

We currently ship exclusively to the United States through our production partner Printify, using reliable carriers such as USPS and UPS.
All orders are made on demand and typically ship within 2 to 5 business days.

Once shipped, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on the destination.

We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
We do not offer expedited or international shipping at this time.

At Ombra Mode, each item is made-to-order just for you. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or simply changing your mind.

However, your satisfaction is our priority — and if something arrives damaged, misprinted, or with any production error, we’ve got you covered.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged or defective
  • There is a clear printing issue
  • You received the wrong product or size

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • A clear photo of the issue
  • A brief description
  • Your order number
